Five steps. You send us your destination, dates and the kind of trip you're after. You pick a tier — Basic or Premium. We have a short call (or a few messages) to learn how you like to travel. Within 48 hours you receive a full day-by-day itinerary, and we refine it until it's right — and stay reachable while you travel.

After our consultation, your full day-by-day plan is delivered within 48 hours — mornings to evenings, with travel times, stays and bookings mapped out. You'll see the whole trip before you go, not as you go.

Basic includes no revisions, and Premium up to three rounds of revisions. We tweak anything within those rounds until the plan feels right.

Your trip lives in a private portal under My Trip — each day laid out as numbered cards with times, notes, booking badges, an interactive map, and a 'Dig deeper' guide on Premium trips.

Each tier is priced per day. Slide the trip-length bar on the Pricing section to see your total. Prices are per trip, not per person, and you can view them in ₪ ILS or A$ AUD.

Yes — the minimum chargeable rate is the equivalent of three days, even for shorter getaways.

Basic is a simple day-by-day plan you drive yourself, with a 30-minute consultation and no revisions. Premium adds hotel and flights booking help, restaurant and activity bookings, up to three revisions and on-the-ground support with same-day replanning.

Payment is taken after our consultation call and before we build your itinerary — so we begin work on your plan only once it's confirmed and paid. You'll receive a Stripe invoice you can pay securely online. Nothing is charged upfront just to enquire.

It depends on your tier. Premium gives you a direct line to Benj — if anything needs same-day reworking on the ground, we'll handle it there and then, with up to three revisions before your trip. Basic is a plan you drive yourself, with no revisions before you go and no on-the-ground or while-traveling support.
