These terms govern your use of travelbybenj.com and the trip-planning services of TravelByBenj ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.
Our service
We create personalised travel itineraries and, where you ask us to, help arrange bookings such as flights, accommodation, activities and restaurants. Itineraries are recommendations based on the information you give us and availability at the time.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information, including traveller names and dates.
Plans, pricing and payment
Prices for our plans are shown on the site or on your invoice. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. Any refund terms are those stated on your invoice or agreed with us in writing.
Third-party bookings
Flights, hotels, activities and other bookings are provided by third parties under their own terms, prices, and cancellation and refund policies. We're not responsible for their services, delays, cancellations or changes.
Travel responsibilities
You're responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations and entry requirements, and for checking final details before you travel.
Changes and cancellations
You can request changes to your itinerary through your account. The number of included revisions and any fees for further changes depend on your plan or are agreed with us in advance.
Liability
We plan with care, but to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our control (such as weather, strikes or supplier failures). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, try to access other users' accounts, or interfere with how it works.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
